Yes, but you have a limited window to do so. If you only recently cancelled your account, Redhotpie can reactivate that account for you. If it has been longer than a year since it was deactivated, we recommend creating a new account.
You will have to type in the name of the city you will be based in when first signing up. If you would like to change this location later, you will have to do the following:
1. Click on your username while logged in, located in the upper-right of the website
2. Select ‘Edit Age/Location’
3. Click on ‘Suburb/Location’ and type in the new location
A dropdown list will appear, so you will have to select from one of these locations. Confirm your changes when you are finished.
If you feel you should be getting messages but are not receiving any in your inbox, then please be sure that you have not elected to lock your inbox.

To modify your ’Looking For’ criteria, do the following:
1. Go to Account & Profile
2. Select ‘My Profile’
3. Click on ‘Looking For’
4. You will be able to specify the age, member type, relationship status and other details of your ideal match – these will go into ‘Matching Message’
5. All other messages can be viewed in your ‘Non-Matching Messages’ area
Only members who fall into your specified age range, member type etc. will have their messages delivered to you as a ’Matching Message’. All others can be seen in your ’Non-Matching Messages’ area.
If you wish to upgrade your membership to a higher level, please go to ‘Membership Options’ and select the tier of premium membership that you would like. Your subscription for your old account should end and the new one should take over.
